Lovingly nurturing your child

The CLC Nursery is for children from birth to 3 years old. Located on the east end of the building by the Worship Center, our Nursery is not just a place where you drop off your child to play. It’s a place where we love and nurture your child!

On Sunday mornings we offer a time of Bible learning and song time, called Play-n-Worship, from 9:30-10:20 a.m., and again from 10:40-11:30 a.m. This nursery lesson time introduces children to God’s love and creation—as well as His provision, presence, and protection— through music, play, and easy lessons.

Security is of the utmost importance

Upon arrival, parents sign in their child, place a label on the child’s back, and get a pager that corresponds with the number on the child’s label. This pager acts as a “claim ticket” when parents return to the nursery, and only parents with these pagers can pick up their child. Our nursery is operated by church staff and volunteers, who not only have the gift to nurture God’s littlest ones, they also have completed background checks.

Nursery snack policy

Due to the numerous allergies that many of our children have, the nursery has adopted an allergy-free policy. Therefore, we are requesting that, for the safety of ALL of our children, only the following snacks are allowed to be donated and/or brought in your child’s diaper bag to the nursery (please remain BRAND specific):

• Sunshine Cheez-It crackers
• Keebler Townhouse crackers (original)
• Pepperidge Farm Goldfish crackers (original, cheddar or pretzel ONLY)
• Honey Maid HONEY Graham Crackers or Sticks

Want to volunteer?

We are always looking for great volunteers (13-100 years old) to help out! (Students ages 10, 11, & 12 may volunteer as long as one parent is also volunteering.)
