Weekly Exercise Classes

WINTER WORKOUT: Saturdays (through Apr. 8), CLC Carmel Gym

  • Gym Bike Spinning: 7:30 a.m. – set up/warm up 7:45-8:50 a.m. – workout
  • Runners/Walkers: 8:50 a.m. – arrival; 9 a.m. – start
  • Saturday mornings begin with bike spinning in the gym at 7:30 a.m. Then, runners/walkers will meet at the gym at 8:50 a.m. and go out at 9 a.m. for a 1-3 mile run/walk. SENIOR FITNESS: Saturdays, 10-11 a.m., CLC Carmel Gym

  • This class is for men and women age 65 and older who currently do little or no exercise. The class focuses on maintaining and increasing flexibility, balance, and coordination through light stretching and strength building.

CARDIO SCULPT: Wednesdays, 9:15-10 a.m.. CLC Carmel Student Center

  • This class combines bursts of cardio intervals with strength training that will leave you feeling good and burning fat for the rest of the day! (If you have a set of small dumbbells, please bring them.) Childcare is available in the nursery.

Golf

CLC SUMMER GOLF

  • For both men and women
  • At Brookshire Golf Club
  • June through August, four open tee times on Tuesdays starting at 5:30 p.m.
  • There is no commitment for the entire 10 rounds—you simply sign up for the Tuesdays you have available through a mobile app. Each 9-hole round is only $19, including cart. For more information, including info on the mobile app, contact Travis Walton (click here to email, or call 317.339.7102).
