Disabilities Ministry at Cornerstone Lutheran
Friendship Bible Study
Tuesday evenings (September-May), 7 p.m.
CLC Carmel, room 102
Friendship Bible Study will help you build a one-on-one Christian relationship with a student who has developmental disabilities. This relationship will provide a conduit to integrate your new friend into your Christian community, giving them a chance to share their gifts with the Body of Christ.
First Saturday of every month (October-May). 9 a.m.-3 p.m.
CLC Carmel, room 123
Friendship Saturday, a day of fun for developmentally challenged adults (and a day of respite for those who care for them), needs helpers (14 years old and up) for their games, crafts, Bible studies, and play time. You’ll get the chance to share the love of Jesus with these wonderful friends while experiencing fun, laughter, friendship, love, AND a free lunch! Friendship Saturday meets the first Saturday of the month through May.
