  • Director of Community Ministries, CLC Indy

    Cornerstone Lutheran Church is seeking to hire a full-time Director of Community Ministries for our church site in Indianapolis, Indiana. This person will work alongside the site pastor to develop comprehensive ministry programs specific to that area of Indianapolis. Responsibilities include planning and executing community connection events, programs, and opportunities; connecting with potential/current partner ministries and organizations; connecting church disciples with downtown service opportunities; leading adult Bible studies and new member classes; and more.

    College degree in the fields of ministry, community organization, business, social science-anthropology would be possible tracks for this position. Urban ministry experience preferred. A member of the Lutheran Church-Missouri Synod or consistent beliefs with LCMS is preferred.   • CLC Preschool: Substitute Teachers

    Cornerstone Lutheran Preschool at our Carmel site is seeking substitute teachers. Applicants must be positive, dedicated, able to provide a nurturing environment, and available with little notice. Preschool hours are are Monday-Friday from 8:45 am-1:15 pm.   • CLC Carmel Nursery Workers

    The mission of the CLC Nursery is to provide intentional and engaging, Christ-centered childcare from Birth through age 3. We are currently looking for an individual to serve on staff as a part-time caregiver. Job responsibilities would include welcoming and caring for children aged 0-3 and building relationships with families. Shift hours are Tues-Thurs from 8:45 am-noon and compensation is $10 per hour. If you have a heart for children and are looking for part time employment and a great work environment, this could be a great fit for you!
