The Cornerstone Lutheran Church Nursery is not just a place where you drop off your child to play. It’s a place where we love and nurture your child! We also offer the class "Parents & 2's" on Sunday mornings at 9:45 am in classroom C, where you and your child take part in learning together.
At the Cornerstone Lutheran Nursery, we love and nurture your child! Our “Play-n-Worship” curriculum features fun songs and Bible learning. This lesson time introduces even the youngest child to God’s love and creation—as well as his provision, presence, and protection—through music, play, and easy lessons. Your child’s safety is of the utmost importance. As a part of our check-in process, parents receive unique labels to place on their child and a corresponding pager. Our secure pickup process ensures that only you will be able to retrieve your child. Our nursery is operated by church staff and volunteers, who not only have the gift to nurture God’s littlest ones but they also have completed background checks. Our nursery has adopted an allergy-free policy. Therefore, we request that, for the safety of all children, only the following snacks are allowed to be donated and/or brought in your child’s diaper bag. Just for parents and their 2-year-old child Be a part of this learning experience for both you and your two-year-old child! Taking place during Sunday’s education time, parents and their young children join together for developmental playtime, Bible stories, and learning. Parents also gain some practical application to use during the week. Show up for this class at any time! TIME: Sundays, 9:45-10:40 AM LOCATION: Are you ready to serve? We are always seeking great volunteers (ages 13 to 100!) to help care for our youngest church family members. Students ages 10-12 may also volunteer as long as one parent is serving with them. The CLC nursery is looking for new learning toys and creative play equipment to better serve our ministry. And all you have to do is click! We have created a "wish list" on Amazon.com (see link, below) so you can see just what we need. We are being more intentional about what we are looking for, so while gently used items are also very welcome, we ask that donations be compatible with the items on this list. We realize that some of these items are bigger ticket items, so we are also accepting monetary donations to go towards the purchase of these items.
