Even as Easter people, our sinful human nature still leads to brokenness and separation in our relationships with God and with one another. Our heavenly Father, in his overwhelming love for his children shown ultimately on the cross, restores those relationships, so that we are not left alone. We are restored—drawn back together—to enjoy the life he wants for us.
