Grace Overflowing (Lent 2018)

The season of Lent allows us to put a laser focus on the source of our hope-the Cross. The Cross tells us everything we need to know about the character of God and his presence in our lives. It is central to our life as a Christian, our faith, and our hope. In today's Gospel reading Jesus also uses the cross to describe the life of a believer. Our path is one of trials and tribulations, but it is not a burden for through the sacrificial life God's grace is poured out in abundance, often in ways we don't realize. What a blessing!
