If you’ve lost a spouse, child, parent, or friend, you’ve probably found there are not many people who understand the deep hurt you feel. This can be a confusing time—you may feel isolated and have many questions about things you’ve never faced before.

Don’t go through it alone. Join a caring group of people that will walk alongside you through one of life’s most difficult experiences. The GriefShare recovery support group meets for 13 weeks and will help you face these challenges so you can move toward rebuilding your life.
