Summer Friendship Gathering

Summer Friendship Gathering (SFG) is a three-evening event for adults with intellectual disabilities, their families, and support staff. The primary purpose of this outreach event is to provide spiritual enrichment and fellowship for our friends with intellectual disabilities. This event is sponsored and organized by Connection Ministries. CLC is hosting one of these gatherings this summer on July 27-29, 2021, from 6-8:30 pm each night at our Carmel site.

The theme for this year's event is "Holy Spirt—The Flame Within Me". These friends will experience the joy of a fellowship meal, worship, singing, Bible message, small group discussions, and prayer. We pray that each participant departs with a thankful heart and closer relationship with God. Join us for the uplifting celebration of reuniting our friends before the return of their monthly meetings this fall!

To attend: Registration details can be found on the Connection Ministries website (www.connection-ministries.org/application).

To volunteer: Cornerstone disciples interested in volunteering on one or more night(s) can contact Joe Gorzalski (click here to email) for more information.
